From the airport to Cologne Central Station
If you arrive at Düsseldorf airport (DUS), please take the RE1, RE5, or the S11 in the direction ‘Köln Hbf/Hauptbahnhof’. Alternative destinations that may be displayed at those trains but lie beyond Cologne Central Station are ‘Aachen’ (RE1), ‘Bonn’ or ‘Koblenz’ (RE5), and ‘Bergisch Gladbach’ (S11). Please note that there are two ways to get on a train at Düsseldorf airport. The S11 serves the airport terminal directly (station ‘Düsseldorf Flughafen Terminal’), while the RE1 and RE5 serve a station (‘Düsseldorf Flughafen’) that is connected to the airport by a suspension railway train (the ‘SkyTrain’). It will usually be faster to take the ‘SkyTrain’ and the regional trains RE1 and RE5.
If you arrive at Frankfurt airport (FRA), it will be easiest to take a fast train (ICE), leaving from “Flughafen Fernbahnhof,” toward ‘Köln Hbf/Hauptbahnhof’. You can look up the train schedule below. These trains run very regularly. (Note that the train ride may already be part of your plane ticket.)
If you arrive at Köln/Bonn airport (CGO), please take the RE8 or the S13 in the direction ‘Köln Hbf/Hauptbahnhof’. Alternative destinations that may be displayed at those trains but lie beyond Cologne Central Station are ‘K.-Ehrenfeld’ or ‘Mönchengladbach/M’gladbach’. You can also take these trains. (Don’t board a train in the direction ‘Bonn’!)

IMPORTANT! You cannot buy a ticket on the train! Please buy at ticket either in advance online, or at one of the ticket machines at the train station of the airport.
From Cologne Central Station to hotel Hopper

The central station is directly located in the city of Cologne. To go further you may use the tram, a cab, or just walk.
The best way (besides taxi) is to take either U18 (direction Klettenbergpark) or U16 (direction Sürth Bf) and get off at the second stop at “Neumarkt.” At Neumarkt you switch either to S1 (direction Weiden West) or S7 (direction Frechen-Benzelrath). Either way you get off at stop “Moltkestr.”
From there you walk to the hotel “Hopper Hotel et cetera” (directions).
